Ajay Bhatt

Ajay Bhatt got his Bachelor in Engineering in 1980 then received his masters in 1984. In 1996 while working at Intel, Bhatt created USB. His idea was pitched to many big companies but only one invested, Intel. Bhatt and his team decided to keep the design completely royalty free so despite him having the opportunity to receive billions he has made little to no revenue. Bhatt was awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Science and Technology Award in April 2013.
